A factory reset will remove all configuration data from the Dock. If the Dock was connected to a Wireless network, the network credentials are cleared and the Dock will no longer connect to the previous Wi-Fi network.
The Dock Two can be reset by following the steps below:
- Using a paperclip, press and hold the button on the bottom of the Smart Charging Dock for more than 10 seconds.
- The dock will reboot and the status LED starts flashing orange if the dock is not connected to a wired network.
If the dock is connected via Ethernet, the LED will flash white in quick succession and turn off. This pattern indicates a successful network connection.
