A factory reset will remove all configuration data from the Dock. If the Dock was connected to a Wireless network, the network credentials are cleared and the Dock will no longer connect to the previous Wi-Fi network.
The Dock 3 can be reset by following the steps below:
- Press and hold the control button for more than 8 seconds.
- After pressing the button for more than 2 seconds, a countdown is shown on the display.
- Keep pressing the button until the countdown reaches 0.
- Release the button and the dock will reboot.
If the dock is not connected to a wired network the display will show a setup prompt.
The Dock 3 can now be connected to a Wi-Fi network with the dock setup process on the Remote, or a compatible browser supporting Improv Wi-Fi via BLE.
