How to factory reset the Dock 3?

A factory reset will remove all configuration data from the Dock. If the Dock was connected to a Wireless network, the network credentials are cleared and the Dock will no longer connect to the previous Wi-Fi network.

The Dock 3 can be reset by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the control button for more than 8 seconds.
  2. After pressing the button for more than 2 seconds, a countdown is shown on the display.
  3. Keep pressing the button until the countdown reaches 0.
  4. Release the button and the dock will reboot.

If the dock is not connected to a wired network the display will show a setup prompt.

The Dock 3 can now be connected to a Wi-Fi network with the dock setup process on the Remote, or a compatible browser supporting Improv Wi-Fi via BLE.
